Warranty Policy

Warranty Policy for Nakamichi Products

All Nakamichi products come with a 1-year warranty. The following conditions must be met for the warranty service to be valid:

  • The product has not been repaired elsewhere.
  • The warranty covers only the internal mechanism, such as repair or replacement of internal components, not replacement with another product.
  • The warranty is only valid when the product has a proof of purchase from One Futureworld (Singapore) Pte Ltd, and the product must be within the specified warranty period.
  • The warranty period starts from the date of purchase recorded on the order confirmation from One Futureworld (Singapore) Pte Ltd.
  • Customers must present the proof of purchase along with the faulty product for a 1-to-1 replacement.
  • If the same item is not in stock or is no longer available, we reserve the right to replace it with another item of the same model range or retail price.
  • All transactions are final, and no refunds will be provided.

Conditions not covered by the warranty:

  • The warranty coverage is invalid if the product is faulty or damaged due to the user's improper use or mishandling of the product.
  • The warranty coverage is invalid if the product has been repaired by anyone other than an authorized Nakamichi service provider.
  • The warranty does not cover external parts and accessories such as batteries or charging cables.
